Hop Clover

Stems are fairly erect and usually slightly branched.  These species may have some hairs on the stems, but not pronounced pubescence.  Typically, hop clovers grow to 20 to 40 cm (8" to 15") tall.  They are early and seed is difficult to find in commercial channels, but stands of hop clover are found in some years in central and eastern Oklahoma.
